How it works…
This is your chance to meet me, and for me to hear about your specific goals and challenges. I’ll lead you through a few breathing and stress assessments to collect some data, and then I will give you a rough outline of what your individualized program will include.
+Start with a discovery call & assessment…
+Weekly in-person or virtual coaching sessions
These sessions will introduce research supported breathing, mindfulness, mindset and embodied habit building techniques, teach you the “why” behind them and provide a roadmap for implementation. These sessions are opportunities for guidance, reflection and experimentation.
+Individualized practices to build adaptations
In between sessions you will be given recommended practices to further your learning and build new habits. These will shift and build week-to-week to facilitate your growth and development. You’ll also receive videos, audio tracks, studies and material to support your practice.
As your coach I am available to you during your program via email or text to help troubleshoot any issues, answer questions, hold you accountable and celebrate your progress.
