Intro to The Alexander Technique--Mindfulness in Motion

Never heard of AT?  No problem! This workshop will introduce the basics and teach you a powerful framework for taking more mindful control over how you move, feel and respond to the world around you. As a result, this technique can help you improve your posture, find greater ease of movement and relieve tension. 

Used by movie stars, Broadway dancers & world-class musicians to improve coordination, avoid injuries and enhance their presence, this hands-on, embodied mindfulness practice is great for:


+Chronic lower back pain, tight shoulders, or general stiffness.
+Sitting, typing and staring at screens
+Pregnancy, breastfeeding, & postpartum recovery
+Cell phone use & text-neck

This workshop will be an exploratory, educational session and will finish with a restorative lie down. Spots are limited to ensure everyone will receive individual, hands-on attention.
